We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. From the moment we arrived, the reception staff was friendly and accommodating, even going out of their way to ensure we had connecting rooms for my elderly parents. The spa staff was also welcoming and made us feel right at home. The sauna facilities and thermal baths were well-maintained, providing the perfect environment for relaxation. The thermal water was absolutely amazing and helped us overcome our jet lag. We were also impressed with the beautiful and relaxing lavender room, as well as the wide range of massages offered. The hotel provided bathrobes and a map of the area, which was much appreciated.
Although our overall experience was great, there were a few minor issues. The service at the restaurant was friendly but slow, and the menu options at the sauna restaurant were limited to tapas.

The spa facilities were impressive with a variety of different options to choose from. the outdoor thermal pool was a great feature and perfect for the chilly winter days. the hotel was conveniently located near public transport and a few local restaurants. the free parking was a nice surprise for those who had a car with them.
The hotel and spa felt quite outdated with many of the rooms and facilities in need of some TLC. the restaurant dining experience was underwhelming with a limited menu and lackluster food.

During our Easter stay, we enjoyed two amazing restaurants with a wide variety of tasty meals to choose from. The location was perfect as it was easily accessible from the nearby motorway and there was a beautiful park nearby for us to relax and take a stroll in. A major advantage was the exceptional sauna and thermal pool facilities which left us feeling refreshed and relaxed.
the rooms were a bit outdated and cramped for two people. we had a great stay, but the guest behavior and room size left something to be desired.

We loved the friendly and helpful staff, who kindly accommodated our request for connecting rooms due to our elderly parents. This hotel has impressive sauna facilities and well-maintained bath areas. We enjoyed the fantastic thermal water, which was a perfect way to relax after our long travel. We also appreciated the convenient location and the free tea and coffee available all day.
Nothing, all excellent.

This spa hotel has a fantastic variety of wellness facilities, including hot thermal pools and a sauna plane. the restaurant offers a short but interesting menu. the service is friendly and pleasant, and the staff try to accommodate the guests' requests. Although some rooms are a bit small and basic, most rooms are cozy and comfortable, while the bathrooms are generally clean and functional. Many rooms offer a nice view of the gardens or the surrounding area.
The breakfast buffet is somewhat disappointing and could be improved.
